Suddenly we lose sight of what we wanted because it is so much easier to stay who we are rather than to make those changes.

But all in all, as the days go on, we’ll revisit our past ambitions. Your mind will be abuzz with all the good ideas that you had before but now think they’re new again. The unhealthy food will be thrown away, new gym attire will fill your closet and your heart will be consumed with all the right intentions. And when this time comes around, do something new. Become one of the 8%. No one ever said it had to be a new year in order to make a change. All we need is a day. So make your new day’s resolution and stick to it because you deserve it. Nobody said it was easy, just worth it.
