The news is that perhaps soon a new silicone gel implant will be out there. It will have a form and shape all of its own. I am not sure if it is good or bad as I rather think that everyone already has a shape and form and the filler is what is missing. It also may be a bit harder than the implants which are already out there and may also have a rough exterior so it may not move as much.  I am not sure whether stationary breasts are so attractive but when it comes out you will be able to judge for yourself if indeed you are interested in implants.
